Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our contemporary collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and beachwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned. All other swimwear must have original tags attached and be in unworn condition. Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
- Product details (name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: specify desired replacement details
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Package items securely and mail to: Reiss Shop Returns

- Return Processing: Our team inspects returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.
Refund Information
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement (depends on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
