Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and beachwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned. All other swimwear must have original tags attached and be in unworn condition.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship them to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items

Certain promotional items or clearance merchandise may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
